Brad

 

Future Recruit’s Director Brad Murphy, started his recruitment career in 2005, securing a Maternity Cover contract in the accounts department for a Global Recruitment Agency.

Following on from this assignment, Brad moved on to an 8-week academy program, in readiness to build from scratch, a thriving secretarial & office support desk in the heart of London.

Brad then progressed into managing a fast paced desk, supplying staff for an internationally known super brand. Utilising his customer relations skills, Brad then moved into a discipline which he was very passionate about; Creative services. Brad placed candidates, such as graphic designers, within the banking & finance sectors.

After a decade in the recruitment industry, constantly adding to his extensive experience as well as building upon his passion for and knowledge of the media and creative sectors, Brad realised it was time for Future Recruit to be born.

Brad has a belief that building relationships, meeting & understanding all candidates and clients; whilst maintaining a consistently professional, straightforward and individual approach to recruitment is absolutely the Future.

Vacancies in the capital increased 4% month-on-month in August 2016, the London Employment Monitor has revealed., with salaries remaining  steady and an average increase in pay for professionals changing positions standing at a healthy 16%.

This is a monthly study conducted by Morgan McKinley, which throws light on the key trend data within the London financial services sector.
